The Contained Message

Message is transmitted among different people for the exchange of insights every day. In Spokenology, the term “message” is defined as “message containing certain information.” Information is composed of words. Words describe an individual’s viewpoint, idea and emotion. Viewpoint forms over time, whereas an idea occurs to a person instantly. Emotion exists permanently.

Message means the topic of a conversation. Each transmitted message is supposed to get a response from the listener the speaker is talking to. It is of vital important to make necessary adjustment when communication is an environment with high level of disturbance. The key point of talking is message transmission. Therefore, the message transmitted must be explicit and accurate.
