ContactSuite integrates with Amazon Connect

I'm super excited for Team NZ and their stunning win of the Americas Cup. This is a great example how Kiwis punch above their weight taking on the big boys with very deep pockets.

I'm also super excited with our latest ContactSuite initiatives. I like to think that we also punch above our weight. Telnet is a relatively small New Zealand company which competes with large multinational organisations delivering great customer experiences to companies and Government agencies that for the most part are household names in New Zealand.
