Contact Tracing

Contact Tracing was supposed to be a interim answer

Sady this program which has been allocated lots of money has not measured up.

President Trump decided that contact tracing should be left up to each state.

The taxpayers money his been misspent if spent at all.

We need an audit to see where we are and with vaccine so close could these billions be used for other Covid related items.

Politics , if possible aside , this is a program that needs answers
