?I have had the privilege of knowing Gianluca for 16 years. We first met through a mutual client and collaborated on countless projects together across Canada. Over the years, I have come to deeply respect and admire his unwavering commitment to excellence and his genuine character.

What stands out most to me are the moments others don’t see—the actions that reveal the true measure of a person. One memory, in particular, speaks volumes about Gianluca’s character. I recall sitting in my truck in the parking lot of a project we were working on when I saw him returning carts to the corral. As he did so, he went out of his way to assist patrons along the way, with no audience or expectation of acknowledgment.

They say the true test of character is what someone does when no one is looking. That moment encapsulates who Gianluca is—a person who leads with integrity, humility, and a genuine care for others, whether on the job site or in everyday life.

Constructors Guild is a recent endeavour of Gianluca’s and demonstrates his unwavering commitment to the Construction Industry as a whole. This organization has been founded with a vision of discussing many of the issues facing not just the construction industry, but all industries, providing a peer to peer support network and a collaborative platform to help mitigate the issues we all face.

I have had the pleasure to take part in many of the workshops Gianluca has hosted and have taken part in many wonderful discussion with individuals who share a similar vision. This experience, and countless others, is why I wholeheartedly recommend Gianluca. He’s not just someone you want to work with; he’s someone you can trust to make a meaningful impact in any endeavor he undertakes.
