Construction Update
Habitat for Humanity Capital District
Partnering with families & neighborhoods to build strength, stability & self-reliance through affordable homeownership.
Construction is in full swing once more after wrapping up our 6 Manning Blvd builds in June. Currently, we have 10 homes under construction on Orange Street in Sheridan Hollow, Albany. Additionally, we have 4 houses in pre-development in North Albany and another 4 in pre-development in North Central Troy.
Homeowners on Manning Boulevard are eagerly closing on their homes, while families have received acceptance notifications for our Orange Street home builds. It's indeed an exciting period for all involved!
Volunteer and Team Build opportunities should be announced soon.
