Construction Engineering Manager - Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.? ?
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, project management or project engineering in Commercial or Residential Construction with a proven track record of success in project execution and completion.???
- Prior experience in HVAC or mechanical construction.
- Must have experience working for a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
- Experience supervising on-site construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, team building, communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.?
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.?
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to the job sites.
Construction Engineering Manager - Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders in higher education facilities.??
- Ensure project success by collaborating with the team from the design phase to project completion, and upholding safety and quality throughout the duration of the project.???
- Manage project changes and scope variations and costs, budgets, and schedules.?
- Oversee execution of project construction, budget, schedule, and quality parameters.??
- Recommend project enhancements to clients and provide estimates.????
- Assess energy performance factors prior to finalizing implementation decisions.
- Provide excellent customer services to clients.??
