Moving into the winter months, the national discourse has been dominated by the cost-of-living crisis. In the construction industry, supply-side issues and labour shortages have had their own impacts on the direct experiences of companies, but at Three Sixty, we take a holistic approach to the matter.

Throughout the supply-side issues with regard to inflation and disruptions to the supply chain during the pandemic, we decided to become as efficient as we can, reducing waste to utilise our supply better. Over the past two years, we’ve shifted our internal systems to allow for increasing digitisation of processes which cut down on over-ordering and in effect, making sure that our carbon footprint is as low as possible.

Our moves towards reducing waste and becoming a more efficient company is driven not only by our commitment to environmentalism, but also so that we can keep our costs down. Three Sixty operates differently from other construction companies, and in fact, from most other companies in general. We use our excess profit to benefit the communities that we work in and our customers live in, donating to SKylight – the charitable arm of Stockport Homes Group – to make sure that the most vulnerable in our society are looked after.
