The second quarter is starting and you are surely evaluating the results from 2024’s first quarter. Q1 went by at a staggering speed where you work towards creating, aligning and communicating goals to your team, and at the same time trying to consolidate yourself in the business as quickly as possible.

If you are focused on results, agile and dynamic in pursuit of innovation and becoming one of a kind in your job and the industry in which you develop yourself professionally, this second quarter in key for the rest of the year. Starting the Second Quarter with perspective and might is most likely an idea that’s in your mind.

I recently read Dr. Peter H Diamandis, named one of the greatest leaders? by Fortune Magazine. He’s the author of several books such as Bold and Abundance: The future is better than you think.? Dr. Diamondis continuously asks challenging questions to businesses and one such question moved me to reflection: How would you surprise yourself?

Now that your 2024’s business objectives are well defined and that Q1 has already ended, the question posed by Dr. Diamandis makes even more sense and while you are facing this window of opportunity in which you can recalibrate and impulse your goals, to make you be bolder, and to make you feel more engaged and motivated.
