1 年Agreeing with all of this. Recently I started thinking gratitude thoughts when I found I was focused on a "problem" thought. And the gratitudes might be simple like, I love having 32 marker colors to choose from when I write. I love coffee breaks, the walk to get it, and drinking it. And then a few minutes later, I realize that I'm not even thinking about the problem, but the options to move around it. So amazing how that happens.
