Consistent Practice
In the pursuit of our dream lives, it is important to note that it is only through purposeful and consistent practice of the habits we want to adopt, that we will see the required results. Starting a new habit, however splendid, requires a lot of work. It requires a lot of discipline and challenging ourselves to stay on the right path, focusing on the goal ahead.
We must constantly revisit and practice these positive habits. Consistent action will make them become a natural part of our everyday lives- and there will be no chance of forgetting.
