We begin the new year with either new year goals or new year resolutions. But one can attest the fact that not everyone is able to meet these goals due to the lack of consistency and constant effort to strive in achieving these goals.

Consistency is a condition of being consistent or firm in achieving a performance regardless of the challenges. Consistency in the workplace is a significant characteristic for achieving success and creating a positive working environment. In order for employees, employers or organizations to win or achieve this year, they need to be consistent and never get weary. In today’s work environment, employees work on multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
