If you're still scuffling with the thought of "how to make things easier in your life?" Try some of my experienced tips-
1. Others always tell us to wake up early, shoot the idea, and try to wake up early to give us some time to ourselves.
2. Meditate for a good 15 minutes to relax your body.
3. Write 10 things that you have to do until the day ends.
4. Exercise at least for 30 in, it either can be a yoga session or simply the exercise. Before going to work make sure to say affirmations to yourself like "you can do it", "you're the best" and many other positive things.
Trust me waking up early can make your life smoother and you can also know about yourself a little more as you will be having time with yourself.
