Consistency is the Key

Consistency is the Key

Success isn't always about greatness. It's?about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.
~Dwayne Johnson

Everyone loves success, appreciation, and fame, but how many people want change in their life or thought? According to research 68% of the world population fear change(statistical survey, 2021). The first step is the hardest, and it is the step, we all fear the most to take. One can conquer the world if one gets over one's shyness and fear. We all have different risk appetites and insecurities, and consistency is the key to overcoming these.

With my experience of trying to lose weight, failing, and hitting roadblocks, I can affirm that by taking baby steps, one can scale any mountain. I began my quest for a healthy lifestyle in 2018. With commitment, little modifications, and hard work, I almost lost 59.52 pounds in two years, but Covid 19 caused me to regain my initial weight. It was difficult for me to restart and scratch my back. I conducted a self-evaluation and examined my areas of weakness and my prospects. I began again, with baby steps and gradually paved?my way up to my goal. This entire process taught me that if we apply the same principles at work or in our personal lives, we can achieve our goals efficiently.

I hope that this article will be helpful to everyone who has started their profession, dreams, personal goals, or relationships later than their expectations.

I can't speak for everyone, but it takes a lot of courage for those recovering from relapse to cross their personal barriers. My advice would be to not be afraid of trying new things and experiencing new things. Break the glass ceiling and push yourself to new heights since what we perceive to be 100% of us is actually the beginning of a new dimension for us.

Consistency?creates accountability, establishes reputation, provides relevance, and maintains your message. My mantra is "Give yourself time, Save for your future, Invest in your goals, Budget your accountability, keep learning, and Insure your skills".

Never believe that it is too late to achieve your goals. Take a step back and consider where you can improve and where to focus. Then, start taking planned, structured actions. People may overlook your tiny victories at first, but they will be awestruck by your eventual success.
