So you have started your business..... Great your awesome!
Now it does not matter if it is full time or a part time side gig you need to find a level of consistency that is going to give you results.
Some of this stuff is seriously basic but for some reason we don't do it. no idea why we don't do it, maybe we think because it is SO basic it is beneath us.
Actually that might be pretty accurate.
So set you re self up with a routine, a day method of operation or just a todo list but get organised and stick to your schedule.
Understand the steps of your business and how you make money and what you need to do to make money. For example:

So once you understand this you just do more of it, as much as you can. If you need to set a budget so you are in control but that should be your only limit.
Now you have a daily routine and you have broken down actionable steps to make money, the only thing left is to be consistent.
One helpful task that might add value is write down a list of competing priorities to running your new business. Things that will challenge your time management.
If you can schedule things like exercise and spending time with friends in to your calendar so you can plan around it. Other tasks you might deem less important but you het the point.
The words "Adding Value" should always going through your mind when confronted with something you are being asked to do.
Just think to your self, is this going to add value to my business? If not don't do it.
