8. Will we receive any information or profiles about the candidates ahead of time to help with our recruitment strategy? Yes, we can provide a list of all registered candidates prior to the event and you can reach out to them to invite them to your booth to interview or chat.
11. How do we directly connect with candidates after the event for those we want to move forward in the interviewing process? We will provide you with a list of all candidates that visited your booth and those that you engaged in the chat. You will have their contact information and resume (if provided) such that you can follow up. Your recruiters should take notes on those that they would like to follow up with based on conversations had at the event.
