Considerations for how to create future cities and communities?

Due to the dynamicity of the socio-economics and politics has changed the way current and future societies should be constructued especially while looking at the pendemic situation. Similarly, densely populated cities have severe problems with the polution and resource constraints.

I think there should be mutual consensus based approach between city planner, city consumer (eg, residents, business owners, etc) and technology leaders (digital transformation and communication) using a live digital platform. The platform should also be connected with all the sensing information coming into the analytical system to inform everyone about the state of the city in terms of netzero, traffic conditions, crime, weather etc. Different possibilities of future should be predicted using different data parameters. A data driven decision should be taken based on incrementally improving of the city infra according to the needs of the city consumers.
