Think about how you will use your bathroom space. Is it just a powder room for guests? If this is the case, then you are free to choose whatever you want. Because the primary use of this room is only going to be hand washing, you don’t need to spend a lot of time thinking about the functionality so you can place more emphasis on aesthetics. In this case, you’ll want to think about the amount of storage you’ll need for the vanity before choosing the sink. You may also want to consider the possibility of installing double sinks or using a dual vanity to create the right amount of personal space.
