The Considerate team are crucial to the success of what we do. Therefore, here at Considerate we work hard to welcome new members,?reward our staff and continually review training opportunities.
Throughout the lockdowns we explored all avenues to keep our whole team employed, focusing on training and product development to keep our employees busy and motivated. We have since been able to provide pay rises, increased holiday allowance, bonuses and the ability to take a two-hour wellness break.
One of the key initiatives we have implemented is the introduction of #Healthshield, a health insurance scheme for our employees to ensure they are medically looked after.
Additionally, we have hired an external consultant to help develop the skills of our staff and directors in view to growing the company.
