In APAC there are two primary sources of debt deals. Bilateral loans provided by large non-bank financial institutions, and syndicated loans financed by a mix of banks and private debt funds.

In either situation, clever teams supported by cutting edge technology are critical to:

1. keeping track of loans between borrower and multiple lenders;
2. facilitating efficient and secure communication between loan stakeholders;
3. tracking financial covenants;
4. monitoring collateral valuations; and
5. executing payments in multiple currencies.
