Conserve Your Consumed Energy: Survival Strategy

Conserve Your Consumed Energy: Survival Strategy ?

Not every interaction moves us forward. Some of them drain our mind and spirit without us even realizing it. Every environment we enter during the day, every conversation we have and even the digital spaces we spend time in affect our energy. There are connections that motivate us, pave the way and fuel our inner fire, but there are also those that only add restlessness, uncertainty and heaviness. And the biggest danger is that this negative energy is not always on. ??

Negative Energy is Not Always Obvious ??

Negative energy does not always manifest as a direct attack or harsh criticism. Sometimes we start doubting ourselves with small, passive-aggressive comments. ?? Sometimes listening to constant complaining increases our emotional burden without even realizing it. ?? Sometimes the unspoken but felt tension in the environment sucks our energy even without doing anything. ?? Energy is contagious and if we are constantly in a negative environment, it becomes difficult to maintain our own balance.

Think About Your Phone Charge ????

Let's think about this with a simple example: What do we do when we notice an app that is rapidly draining our phone's battery? We close it, delete it or limit its use. We should pay the same attention to our own energy. Questioning the people and environments that constantly drain us is not insensitivity, it is self-respect. We don't have to invest emotionally in every conversation. We don't have to absorb the negativity of others like a sponge. ??

Conserving Your Energy Is Not Selfish ???

Conserving your energy is not selfishness; it is a conscious survival strategy. ?? Setting healthy boundaries, knowing when to step back and turning to people and spaces that nurture us strengthens our spiritual resilience. ??

Ask Yourself These Questions ??

So we have to ask ourselves these questions:

Who do we feel light after spending time with?

Who do we feel tired after talking to? ??

Which environments nourish us and which ones drain us? ?? etc. ?

When we realize this, our life changes. ? We gain clarity, find peace and build stronger relationships. We need to spend time with people who inspire us, support our development and make us feel really good about ourselves. ?? We need to be in environments that challenge us but develop us in a positive way. Because at the end of the day, it is our energy that shapes us. ??

Let's protect it and watch how we change. ????

As I mentioned in my book “Büyüme ve Ke?if”, a sage asks his disciple:

“What flowers bloom in a garden?”

The disciple answers excitedly:

“Flowers that get sun, water and good soil.”

The sage smiles and repeats:

“What about flowers planted in dry, shady and stony ground?”

The student thinks, then shakes his head:

“They cannot grow, they wither...”

The sage touches his shoulder and says:

“The human soul is like that. In an environment of constant negative energy, you wither without realizing it. It chooses people who nourish you, develop you and increase your light. When it recognizes the shadow, it turns itself towards the sun. Because conserving energy is the first step to growth and discovery.”

In order to survive, we notice the environments and people who consume and waste our energy. Because it is the right energy that makes us grow and discover. ???
