Conscious Karma ( Conscious Action )

Conscious Karma ( Conscious Action )

“Karma does not mean something that drops upon you from somewhere, Karma means your action, it’s your making, it’s your doing”- Sadhguru

Simply put, karma implies action. We sow actions like seeds, and each seed has its own potential, time to grow, and fruit to yield. The law of Karma relates to how we conduct our actions. Karma includes not just our acts, but also the states of consciousness that we embrace. Understanding karma entails widening your heart to include much more love and kindness for yourself and others. Every action we take in life has a ripple effect, similar to a stone thrown into water.

Understanding karma is essential for living a happy life. You may use karma principles to help you succeed in life. For example, if you want to be successful in life, you should help others succeed. This will produce good karma for you and sow the seeds for the possibilities you're creating for others to manifest for you. If you want to fix anything in your life, help others heal. The law of karma is all about making a choice.

We don't always have control over what occurs in our lives, but we can always choose how we react to it. We cannot ignore what is going on in the world: conflict, bloodshed, and a great deal of suffering from a number of causes. Even though we have amazing moments when we rise above everything and transcend reality, we must constantly return to what is going on in our personal lives as well as the larger world. We can't ignore reality, no matter how painful it might be at times.

While karma teaches that our current circumstances are the result of our own deeds, it also teaches that we have the potential to alter them. We have the power to shape our own and humanity's futures. Every situation and condition we face in life is a representation of the mental state in which we choose to live. According to collective karma, everything that happens in the world is no longer someone else's karma. It's our karma.

The karma principle is pretty promising. It informs us that we have the ability to change ourselves and our situations. Change does not always happen overnight, but we may take actions to begin changing our collective karma. Our ideas influence the type and quality of words we utter, as well as the actions we take. The most effective way to change the world is to build love for ourselves, for one another, and for all living species that share our beautiful planet.

Let us build that compassionate heart for everyone—for ourselves and the world around us.
