Fortunately, in the 21st century, Conscious Capitalism was born, which not only benefits the investor, but also the worker, society, and the environment; and is based on profitability, people, and the planet. Therefore, it is an economic system that strives for equality in all sectors that make up the world society.

Since this is an innovative economic system, it is necessary to educate young students who intend to become entrepreneurs to generate income and impact some sectors of their country about conscious entrepreneurship. What they should know is the following:

1. For a company to be considered conscious, it must have a purpose that inspires and benefits the collective.
2. Leadership is the way in which a company should be conducted, encouraging the leader of the company to be the guide that leads it towards the values of respect and trust.
3. Businesses with a conscience must be supported by the culture and the context, in order to respect the integrity of those who are part of the organizational structure and provide transparency in the implementation of the business activity.
4. Today’s companies must contribute value to society. It is not only about generating profits for investors and positioning their products as number one in the market.?
5. RESPECT must be the driving force of every company today.

New generations will have in their hands the well-being of the planet, global growth, and the reduction of the socio-economic gaps that exist in the world and achieve the correct progress of the future society. Let us generate conscious and empathetic students who work not only for their benefit but for the common good.
