Another Property Experts planning scheme granted on first application.

Having provided the seller with an exchange and completion to meet their requirements, the PE team submitted a planning application to convert this large detached house, into 7 self-contained units.

Our application was met with an immediate approval from the local Council and works are due to start shortly.

We are constantly on the lookout for new projects and welcome talking to new introducers about any potential projects. Unlike some developers we look to build our projects and always give the re-sales back to the agent.
