Conquer your Fears for Breakthrough Results advises Mentor Kirti Sharma at GGNIMT
“As we?gradually move?into a post-COVID era, we need to prioritise mental health and focus on building healthy mindsets” asserted Academician and Motivational Speaker, Ms.?Kirti Sharma, Principal Jesus Sacred Heart School, Ludhiana. She was sharing her views during the Webinar, “ Self Development and Learning during Turbulent times” organized by Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Civil Lines. Prof. Manjit S. Chhabra, Director, GGNIMT welcomed?Kirti Sharma, the guest speaker and also the participants from across?India. Prof. Chhabra emphasized that though the world is changing at a very fast pace, our learning is not matching this speed due to which our ability to handle turbulence is inadequate. As human being are blessed with healthy minds all that?we need to do is to to develop an ability to change as the need arises. He also expressed his gratitude to Dr. S.P.Singh, President Gujranwala Khalsa Education Council (GKEC) for his consistent guidance on the path of academic excellence being pursued by GGNIMT.
Resource Person Kirti Sharma Academician advised the students to understand that Self Development will just not happen through wishful thinking, but is an outcome of resolve and consistent effort. She also advised the student to conquer their fears, get rid of mindsets and be prepared to submit themselves for constant change. She also emphasized that to excel one needs to strive for a health balance of mind, body and soul, which is possible through communication, adaptability and patience. She encouraged the students to conduct their personal SWOT Analysis and also?align their personal goals in terms of careers, wealth and physical health with their mental health. This alignment would lead to peaceful mind that inturn would lead to fast pace learning and self development. During the Q&A Session , Kirti Sharma answered questions ranging from confidence building to inner growth. Dr. Parvinder Singh, Principal, expressed his gratitude to Ms. Kirti Sharma and advised GGNIMtians to introspect and?redefine their personal strategies in these turbulent times for successful careers and wholesome lives.
