Imposter Syndrome in Senior Leaders

8 个月Imposter is a very common feeling. Surprisingly yesterday a very senior leader acknowledged how he continues to experience it. The usual assumption is that men don't experience imposter or highly accomplished people don't experience it. But it prevails at all levels, accomplished people have probably gotten the art of managing it better.
