In essence, health coaches are experts in motivating people to start and stick to healthy behaviors, bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

My Journey to Becoming a Health Coach

My passion for health coaching was born out of my own personal experiences. In 2021, I faced a dual challenge: burnout as a top-performing financial adviser and a cancer diagnosis. These life-altering events forced me to reevaluate my health and well-being. I knew firsthand what it was like to be in poor health, both physically and mentally, and to feel lost, overwhelmed, and in need of guidance and support.

This experience ignited a deep desire within me to help others who are struggling with similar challenges. I transitioned into health coaching to support high-achieving women and professionals who, like I once did, are juggling the demands of a career and family while trying to maintain their health. My mission is to help them reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, prevent burnout, and prioritise their well-being so they can live their best lives.

The Services I Provide as a Health Coach

At Still Wellness , I offer a range of services designed to support your journey to better health:

  1. Individual Coaching Packages : I offer 6-week and 12-week private coaching experiences, where I work with clients one-on-one to help them achieve their personal health and wellness goals.?

Group Wellness Coaching Programs : My colleague Emma Grant and I offer our signature 16-week Group Wellness Coaching program, Elevate Your Health, to organizations and industries with high levels of stress and burnout, such as allied health professionals and entrepreneurs This program focuses on prevention and has shown outcomes of reduced stress levels and burnout, improved physical and mental health, greater self awareness, enhanced relationships, confidence to set boundaries and prioritise self care. .
