Mental Health Awareness Week
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we held a range of activities across both our Leeds & Manchester offices.
We held a quiz focusing on mental health to raise awareness, break the stigma, and support Team Daniel.
Phil Cookson delivered a talk on ways he is dealing with grief through his lived experience.
Leeds & Manchester teams enjoyed a lunchtime yoga session to unwind and relax.?
We had our Wear It Green Day where we encouraged people to come to the office in something green and donate some money to our mental health charity, Team Daniel.
We held our monthly wellbeing breakfast across both offices and encouraged everyone to take a break from their desks.
