Connection in need of support...

A LinkedIn connection of mine recently shared some misfortune they encountered at the hands of unscrupulous customers. And while I can't help them with loads, I can at least help them by putting them in front of thousands of LinkedIn professionals who may have need for their services. Falcon Express Logistics is a small 5 employee 3PL brokerage. Although we’re small, we’ve handled some of the largest loads. We have experience in LTL up to heavy haul. From hooking up a trailer to the 1 ton and personally handling a load for our customer when they forgot to put one piece on a load, to hiring out some of the best drivers to haul 60k+ pound loads from Arkansas to Mexico & Canada. For a small company we’ve touched a good variety of loads and we handle each one with the absolute best customer service possible. We like to take the hassle and the worry from our customer’s and put it on our backs to ensure the best service possible. We keep in constant contact with our customer to make sure they know what’s going on with their load at all times, and we make sure the driver’s we pick aren’t the bottom of the barrel. There is no end plan for Falcon Express. We want to grow larger than the biggest logistics companies in the business, all the while making sure our customer is well taken care of at an affordable price.
