Connecting your WEB to PRINT

Our purpose built Web 2 Print portals are designed to give you control over your print requirements. The portal enables you to set up print jobs from pre-configured document templates, view and approve proofs in real time, place your order and track through production; all at a time that suits you. Portals can also be used to monitor stock levels of items that we hold in storage for you, call off orders for delivery or trigger a top up of stock levels.

How It Works

We will work with you to scope out your specific requirements and to ensure we understand the complexities of your operational environment.

One of our project managers will manage the implementation process to ensure that the portal build meets the agreed business objectives.

A portal can operate at several different levels. We have a number of clients who use the portal as a stock management and call off facility. With our extensive warehousing capacity we are able to stock and store a range of items that we either produce in house, source on behalf of the client or are supplied in to us. The client can access the portal, review visuals of all items currently held in stock, access real time stock reports and place orders for next day delivery.

Adding new products to the portal is a straightforward process and there is full transparency of all orders placed and delivery information. Portals can also be built to allow more complex bespoke print jobs to be ordered on line.

A number of clients use the portal to undertake regular mailings or personalisation and fulfilment of stock items.

The team at Integrity will create document templates with agreed fields for variable data to allow client to then upload data, receive immediate real time proofs and then place an order. The portal creates an order acknowledgment to confirm that the order has been received and this also goes to the Account Management team at Integrity who then ensure the job is processed to the agreed service levels. 

The benefits of automating the proofing process means that mailings can be submitted and approved at any time of day and can be out in our factory for printing and mailing within minutes of receipt as there is no need for our data team to get involved with the job as this part has been automated through the portal.

We have many clients submitting orders that are mailed out on the same day!

The web portal can also integrate with our Onyx job tracking system. This allows the client to log in to the portal and see the real time progress of their orders through print, enclosing and hand over to the designated postal service. Additional features give access to a document portal where you can view historic documents that have been produced through the web portal.

Security

Integrity Connect operate in a highly regulated environment, with accreditation to both ISO27001 Information Security standard and the UK Government approved Cyber Essentials scheme. Clients can be assured that we will handle their data with full compliance to GDPR regulations. Integrity operate on site servers for added security, with the portal builds all sitting behind our highly secure firewalls with all data transferred using the highest standards of data encryption.
