Connecting people: My journey at Frontify

When I reflect on my time at Frontify, the first thing that comes to mind is the incredible ways I've been able to connect with people — within the company and with our clients and partners.

I've been part of Frontify for over three years, starting off as an account manager in May 2021 and now working as an account director for global strategic clients. In my initial role as an account manager, I primarily focused on nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients. As an account director, my responsibilities have expanded to acquiring new clients and helping them grow, ensuring they successfully use and scale Frontify’s brand management platform.

During my time here, I've learned a lot about myself — especially the importance of adaptability and continuous learning. I’ve gained deep insights into how Frontify operates and, more importantly, have become an expert in professional and best-in-class brand management.?

The power of attracting: Building relationships that last

In my role, I work closely with some of the world’s strongest brands, helping them master Frontify’s brand-building platform. The relationships I foster are more than just business transactions; they’re partnerships rooted in trust and mutual growth. I’m incredibly thankful and proud to work with these companies, as they inspire and challenge us to innovate and excel. A memorable example was when a client, impressed by the impact of our platform, expressed interest in joining us in-house. This speaks volumes about the strength of our employer brand and the curiosity it sparks in those who experience our work first-hand.

More than just brand builders: Embracing flexibility and growth

Frontify offers a modern and flexible work environment, which allows me to balance my life as a father, husband, and sports/food enthusiast. This flexibility has been incredibly rewarding, enabling me to excel professionally while maintaining a fulfilling personal life. On top of that, our Frontify office is more than just a workplace — it’s a space where people come together to collaborate, meet, develop, have fun, and challenge each other. It’s a hub of creativity and innovation that fuels our passion for brand building.

Being authentic: Overcoming challenges with transparency

Every job comes with its challenges, and my journey at Frontify is no different. One challenge I faced was navigating the complexities of managing global strategic accounts across different regions and use cases. By staying authentic — both to myself and in my approach to problem-solving — I was able to identify areas where we could improve and adapt our strategies accordingly. This authenticity has been crucial in not only overcoming obstacles but also fostering an environment where continuous improvement is the norm.

What our culture means to me

Frontify’s culture is something I truly value. It’s a culture of collaboration, innovation, and, above all, a deep commitment to

by empowering brand builders to create, organize, and collaborate without limitations. For me, this means working in a place where I feel supported, challenged, and inspired every day.
