Connecting with professionals and creating a solid professional network is one of the most important things that you can do. a solid professional network can provide insight and advice knowledge and exchange of ideas collaboration opportunities as well as job opportunities it also provides you with great opportunity to help others according to the 2017 global talent rates two of the most common ways companies hire talents are through employee referrals and social professional networks many companies are using these two powerful resources when finding new hires. candidates recommending other new freshers or social professional networks. having a strong professional network has always been an important part but in the digital age it's arguably the most important and it's also easier than ever to build a strong professional network site like LinkedIn and Twitter allow you to connect and collaborate with like-minded people who work in your industry have the same passion and have the potential to introduce you to the job opportunity if you don't have a strong professional network I highly suggest you to start building one

finally there is the subject matter expert someone who offers superior industry insight on a specific industry and given unbiased opinion usually the people industry the similar jobs for similar goals
Now there is a piece of advice when creating a strong professional network it isn't all about u you want in nature is the successful professional network it must be built on a win-win situation to give as much as you get advice provide feedback and interact with the professional network like LinkedIn for the search of people that you know and connect with the search for people who job title that you aspire to have a connection with them you will find that if you take the time to build and maintain a strong professional network you will be more informed and updated than you have never been before and my guess is that over time you will see you more and more opportunities coming your way
