CONNECTING FOR GETTING THE CONDITIONS RIGHT FOR HAPPINESS

Hello!
Today, I decided to draw instead of write.
I revisited my newsletter from last week,?"Why Designing Social Connections at Work is Essential,"?for inspiration and then illustrated the conditions for happiness.
To be happy, at work and in life, the best thing we can do is to get the conditions right.
When we connect with ourselves through journaling, meditating, exercising, and ideating; when we connect with each other through conversations, collaboration, mentoring, giving and taking, and socializing over meals and drinks; and when we connect with something larger than ourselves through our sense of belonging, purpose, and the beauty of nature and the arts, we are creating the right conditions for happiness. And then we wait!
