As the founder of Fox Partners, I’m proud of our impactful partnership with Bass Pro Shops, where we combined advanced LTE, ultra-wideband 5G, and Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems (ERRCS) to strengthen connectivity across their stores. Working closely with the Bass Pro Shops team, we implemented solutions to ensure that customers could complete essential tasks, like secure two-factor authentication when purchasing high-value items such as ATVs, boats, and firearms. At the same time, guests enjoy seamless connectivity while shopping, enhancing their overall experience.

A unique challenge at Bass Pro Shops was navigating in-building materials that, while effective for reducing emissions, can disrupt cellular and first responder connectivity. Our ERRCS integration ensures that first responders have uninterrupted, reliable communication throughout the store, meeting critical safety standards.
