?? All Eyes on New York: Transforming Medicaid Across the State

Last week, we congratulated five of our New York partners for being selected by the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) to lead the Social Care Network (SCN) in their region under the state's 1115 Medicaid waiver. Unite Us will serve as the infrastructure for collaboration in each region’s network of CBOs, healthcare providers, and managed care organizations (MCOs), which together represent 72% of Medicaid members across the state.
