Unite Us is proud to have started its journey serving Veterans. 2024 marks 10 years of partnership with NCServes in North Carolina, a program that's connected 40,000+ Veterans to vital services and laid the groundwork for the state’s successful Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP). Stay tuned for NCServes' upcoming 10-year report.?

In partnership with Unite Us, North Carolina has positively impacted Veterans' access to employment, housing, and more. North Carolina saw the unemployment rate of Veterans decrease from 3.2% in 2015 to 2.2% in 2022, proving effective care coordination helps ensure that Veterans receive the services they need to improve their health and well-being.?
