We are incredibly proud to announce that?Marty Jenkins-Lyttle ?is becoming an equity partner in Connect The Dots.

In early 2020 Marty quit a great job at Overdose Digital so he and his partner could travel the world. Covid struck and he was at a loose end.

We offered him some casual contract work to keep him busy until the lockdowns were lifted and he could travel...

It became very clear, very quickly, that there was something special about Marty. EVERYONE loved him, we never needed to follow up on expected work and he was incredibly proactive with all internal and client projects.

In short, he was an A Player and an absolute keeper!

The longer the lockdown conditions were in place, the more work we gave Marty and the more we, as a business, and our clients grew to rely on his incredible skillset and leadership.

This was also key in allowing the business to evolve and allowing Glenn to step out and concentrate more on the business consulting and coaching side of our business.

In December 2022 the opportunity was offered to him. Over the past few months, we have worked out the details so he can concentrate on leading the agency side of the business and continue to grow our Klaviyo consulting practice. Glenn will continue to grow the business consulting and coaching division.

As a company, are incredibly excited to know that we have secured Marty long-term to continue to grow the business and deliver exceptional value and outcomes for our clients.

We are optimistic about this decision and we think of it as a recognition of the value Marty brings to the business and our clients.

It is such a privilege to have yet another person in our team that is totally aligned in values and vision for the future of the business and has the skills to lead our small but passionate team.

Marty has also shown great growth in business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, which is a generally rare trait in those that are so technically proficient.
