Our partners at NCDHHS just celebrated two years of the Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP), which aims to address SDoH needs for high-needs Medicaid enrollees leveraging Unite Us Payments. Preliminary research shows significant savings in medical costs of, on average, $85 dollars less per HOP participant per month.

This new alliance, comprised of Hudson Valley Care (HVC) and Coordinated Behavioral Health Services (CBHS), will leverage Unite Us' closed-loop referral technology and coordinated care network to streamline social care services across more than 50 agencies in the region.
