The Connected Leader Podcast - Conversations with SocialCEOs, academics and digital leaders...

When writing #GetSocial - Social Media Strategy and Tactics for Leaders - I thought it would be useful to interview a range of 'leaders' that were embracing the use of digital and social technologies to connect and communicate.

From those interviews I included in the appendix of my book, I learned that there wasn't any 'one way' magic formula for leaders to directly engage. And that the social technologies were being used contextually. For some, the focus was more on internal social networks - and connecting with employees, whilst for others, it was purely about growing new networks to further develop their business, and for most, a blend - tuning in and connecting with employees, customers, influencers - as well as being the 'brand' ambassador for the organisation - leading and driving conversation and relevant connection.

Learning how social technologies are being embraced by leaders as tools to transform, converse, learn and educate, in the real world - was something I wanted to continue to learn about. And so enter stage left, The #GetSocial - Connected Leader Podcast.

For the first series - there are a total of 20 interviews. This article will host all links to all episodes - together with one of my favourite quotes from each guest. (So, I'll keep editing this post until all of Series 1 are in). The podcasts are designed to be short, practical and insightful - and importantly, enjoyable. The tone is purposely, conversational and 'social'.
