We Celebrated Our 22-Year Anniversary!
It's truly astonishing to reflect on the incredible journey we've had. Over the years, our company has grown and evolved, overcoming challenges, and celebrating numerous triumphs. This journey has been filled with determination, hard work, and unwavering dedication from every member of our exceptional Prime team and our invaluable clients. Together, we have achieved greatness!
Furthermore, we owe a debt of gratitude to our outstanding partners, whose collaboration has been instrumental in shaping our success. Through these meaningful #partnerships, we have been able to leverage expertise, resources, and innovative ideas, which have strengthened our offerings and allowed us to reach new heights.
As we celebrate this special occasion, we are privileged to share a few words from Brian Kenkel, one of the founders of Prime and the esteemed CEO of Prime Connected. One Team, One Goal
Cadyn, Anthony, Billy, and Kyle, our exceptional technicians, truly embodied our core value: #OneTeamOneGoal on a recent project. They were faced with a tough challenge to complete a build in just 12 hours, originally estimated to take five days. But they rose to the occasion and exceeded all expectations!
Their dedication and teamwork ensured the success of the facility and showed our unwavering commitment to our valued partners. Their remarkable efforts set a new standard of excellence within our organization, and we couldn't be more proud of them. Their achievement serves as an inspiring example of what can be accomplished when we work together towards a common goal. Congratulations to the team for a job well done!

Prime Blood Drive
Our organization lives its purpose of "To serve one another, our clients and community" by actively promoting unity and compassion opportunities. A recent example is our partnership with the American Red Cross for a blood drive held at our office. This initiative not only supported a good cause but also strengthened our ties with the community. It was inspiring to see our team members coming together to help save lives!
For Prime Connected, community service goes beyond business success—it's a core belief that our actions can bring positive change. By living our purpose, we aim to make a meaningful impact on the world.

Quality Assurance Check-In:
Phase 1 Complete
During Phase 1 of our quality assurance check-in, we aimed to address the longstanding challenges faced by professional services businesses with remote teams. One of the primary hurdles has been obtaining real-time visibility into project activities and work products to ensure top-notch quality and provide comprehensive documentation for our partners.?
To tackle these issues effectively, we successfully implemented Fieldwire by Hilti as our solution. This versatile tool not only resolved challenges but also served as a centralized repository for all daily updates, project closeouts, partner documentation, and project-related photos.?
The initial phase primarily focused on familiarizing our team with the seamless use of the Fieldwire mobile app in their daily operations. This involved capturing essential photos and utilizing the app's functionality to mark-up blueprints, streamlining the documentation process and ensuring efficiency in project management. With Phase 1 now complete, we look forward to building upon this strong foundation and advancing our quality assurance program to new heights in subsequent phases.?
Now Phase 2 Begins
As we progress into Phase 2, we have exciting developments in store! This phase will introduce project-specific documentation, encompassing essential elements such as closeouts and daily updates, providing our partners with comprehensive and up-to-date information.?
Phase 2 focuses on implementing project tasking, a vital aspect of our quality assurance program. This involves breaking down the project plan into detailed tasks to ensure that nothing is overlooked and that we maintain accountability for daily and weekly production targets. By integrating project tasking into our workflow, we aim to optimize efficiency, productivity, and overall project management.?
Currently, our dedicated team is diligently working on these enhancements, streamlining their integration with the existing processes. We are excited as we begin Phase 2, which will further solidify our commitment to delivering exceptional quality to our valued partners.?
