Your Mind and Your Body are NOT two separate things. They are in fact one very much ONE connected thing, though the majority of the world has forgotten this fact. Your body shows everything that is going on in your mind. There is an entire area of study devoted to this called body recognition, which you hear a great deal about after speeches and during sales training. This also happens in my business as physical maladies/ pains are often the result of mental stress and unresolved emotional issues. The reverse is also true as a person's mind will become stagnant and overactive when there is no physical outlet or connection to the physical world. In other words a lack of activity will drive you crazy and cause mental/emotional issues. This is at times a check or the egg scenario in which case you have an omelet with some grilled chicken. It doesn't matter which came first when you need to eat both of them to live well. For all the Vegans out there, that would be beans and sprouts for you.
