When it comes to creating a space of success, your habits will make or break you. However, your habits are living proof of where your mindset is from a level of consciousness as well as whether it is operating under a fear-based or grounded-based mentality.?
Both are choices you make on a day-to-day, action-by-action basis.
Every action is a consequence of a thought. Your thought is a consequence of what you consume. And in the modern age, what you consume is largely a consequence of how you select, how you connect, and where you refine your boundaries and relationships.?

You can tell a lot about a person’s core values and mentality based on their level of commitment as well as the types of habits they commit to. Your habits are where it is often safe to pass or make excuses, which are harmful because your commitment towards them is not only how you show up, but why.
