After three years of interval due to the pandemic it was great to be able to attend the 17th National Clefs d’Or Congress in the beautiful city of Bordeaux. The congress was held at InterContinental Bordeaux - Le Grand Hotel where we were warmly welcomed by the General Manager Thomas Bourdois and I was happy to represent the three hotels I am the Head Concierge of: the Artus hotel, the Hotel de Buci and H?tel Madison all part of the Biografy group . Hats off to Remi Payre organizing such an amazing program of events to make the most of the city and its surroundings.
