"Is Congress Gifting Election Narratives to BJP???!!!

"At the threshold of every Lok Sabha election, the Congress party faces stumbling blocks. From 2014 to 2024, the Congress has inadvertently provided election slogans to the BJP. BJP, which has wielded criticism of Congress as a potent weapon, has utilized them in elections, resulting in significant success. Here is a list of mistakes made by Congress and its allies, along with their leaders, during elections."

1) Chaiwala (2014): The biggest mistake made by the Congress, which opposed Narendra Modi, the Prime Ministerial candidate of the NDA coalition, in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, was criticizing Modi and labeling him as a chaiwala. Senior Congress leader Mani Shankar Iyer disparaged Narendra Modi by referring to him as a chaiwala. Capitalizing on this, the BJP launched a campaign called "Chai Pe Charcha" and portrayed Narendra Modi's image to the masses. The "chai pe debate" facilitated BJP's victory.

2)Chowkidar (2019): In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Congress, failing to learn from past mistakes, once again stumbled in its criticism of Narendra Modi. Referencing the Rafale scandal, Rahul Gandhi derisively portrayed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the "chowkidar" of Ambani and Adani houses. However, BJP capitalized on Rahul Gandhi's statement by launching the "Main Bhi Chowkidar" campaign. This initiative prompted people to change their social media names to "I am also Chowkidar." Successfully projecting the narrative that it safeguards India's interests, BJP secured a resounding victory in the Lok Sabha elections.

3)Parivar (2024): With the announcement of the date for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections imminent, a notable misstep has been made, not by the Congress, but by its ally, the RJD. RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav's controversial statement asserting that PM Modi has no family has provided BJP with an opportunity to project India as Modi's family. In response, MLAs, ministers, and ordinary citizens have added "Modi Ki Pariwar" (Modi's family) to their names on social media. Prior to the elections, there were rumors circulating that the Gandhi-Nehru family of the Congress would inevitably falter against India's Modi family.

It is ironic indeed that the Congress Party itself is providing election slogans to its political adversaries.
