Congratulations to #Senieer for passing #Merck’s #FBD #Fluidbeddryer FAT during Feb24-Feb25,2021.

We are #Senieer who has been committed to designing customized pharmaceutical equipment according to customer needs. We demonstrated the operation of its customized equipment, Fluid Bed Dryer , for Merck through online video on the spot. The FAT is divided into two steps. First, our representatives and Merck inspectors confirmed the equipment according to the Fluidized Bed Dryer FAT Protocol. Then, according to Merck’s process requirement, our operator put the material prepared by Merck in to our #highshearmixer for making granules, and through #wetconemill, then the granules were dried through #fluidizedbeddryer. After 20 minutes for drying, the inspector sampled and checked the moisture by using moisture detection tool. Data tell everything. The drying efficiency, moisture requirements and the fluidity of the dried granules exceeded Merck's expectations. At the end of the FAT, we answered and demonstrated according to all questions from Merck.

   After the acceptance, the representative of the Merck team expressed high praise and recognition to us. The online acceptance was a complete success. Thanks Merck again, and we are looking forward to more cooperation in the future.
