Congratulations to Lookers IT Service Delivery Team

CIH Solutions would like to extend our congratulations to all the winners of the Lookers IT Awards held in Manchester in January and are particularly proud to be partnering the winning IT Service Delivery Team for 2017.

The whole team have undergone great transformation throughout 2017, making improvements across the whole range of ITSM disciplines. Key areas of improvement include the Service Desk, Incident, Problem and Change Management.

CIHS are delighted that the IT Service Delivery Team won the “Team of the Year” award as we’ve been working in close partnership with them to realise benefits from improved use of Cherwell Service Management. Implementing a superb Self-Service experience to the whole business along with effective process improvements and automation.

The CIHS team look forward to continuing this work in 2018.
