Congratulations To Chris Westerlund at TDG Architects

Since 2011 we’ve had the privilege of having a very hard working young team member named Chris Westerlund as part of TDG Architects. Chris started with TDG as a part time project assistant with a dream to excel in architecture. To that end, Chris has worked hard in his studies and will complete his master degree from Lawrence Technological University at the end of fall semester 2020. He is eligible to take parts of the Architectural Registration Exams, and once he completes graduate school he will be scheduling the exams.

Chris has really grown and embraced his career in architecture. He is a dedicated team member who has assisted the firm in upgrading our technology and abilities for 3D representation and imaging. Chris is dedicated and interested in being part of TDG Architects for the long term, potentially moving into an Associate level and future ownership. Chris has taken on a great deal of responsibility within the firm doing comprehensive design work as well as meeting with clients and managing projects. Our goal is to work with Chris to increase his knowledge and understanding of the “business” of architecture over the next couple of years. At just 26 years old, he has a very bright future ahead of him.

TDG Architects was started in October of 1996 by Brian Gill in Troy and moved to Pontiac in April of 2006. Gill received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and his Masters in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
