Creating a Safe and Supportive Workplace
With the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 now in effect, UK employers have a proactive duty to prevent workplace sexual harassment. This means organisations need to take tangible steps to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
Our Sexual Harassment Awareness Training - is designed to support this shift, equipping employees to identify, understand, and prevent sexual harassment.

A Word from Catherine Clinker on Turning Policy into Action
"It's ok, we have a policy for that…."
Policies are constantly being created, updated, and refined to promote inclusivity, which is great - but if employers and employees don’t follow through with real action, then it’s all just empty words. Policies are not enough.
Take sexual harassment for example, yes having the policy in place is vital, but it's more than a tick box. Policies need to be the foundation before understanding how behaviours need to be changed, how to encourage reporting and being an active bystander. Employees want to feel safe, they want to be heard - simple things that can separate good wellbeing in the workplace with poor.
Training, awareness, discussions and forums are all part of creating that culture of feeling listened to, valued and included. That sounds far better to me than a workplace that feels purely transactional and impersonal."

Industry Insight: Return to the Office Trends
The CIPD’s latest analysis on employers’ return-to-office plans in 2025 highlights that, despite some high-profile cases of companies mandating a full-time return, employer support for hybrid working remains strong. Many organisations continue to recognise the benefits of offering flexible working arrangements to their employees, balancing both productivity and employee wellbeing. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so it’s important to take the approach that fits your business and your employees best.
