Congrats to TLIM Grad Melyssa Navarro, Class of 2023!

Melyssa was attracted to the TLIM program after taking several classes in Innovation Engineering, Project Management, and Leadership in the Workplace/Change Management!?

In TLIM she learned the importance of collaboration, constantly looking to the horizon for the newest and best technologies, and how to use TLIM Major tools to innovate and improve efficiency in almost every industry, and every process.

Melyssa’s academic journey is particularly noteworthy, since she is both a first generation and a transfer student at the University of Houston. Balancing her time effectively, she managed to work while studying full-time and took on leadership roles in her student organizations. Her most recent position was the Hunger and Homelessness Chair at the Metropolitan Volunteer Program.

Looking ahead, Melyssa’s professional aspirations include pursuing further studies in Engineering Data Science or Cybersecurity for her Master’s degree. She intends to apply this knowledge within the industry, contributing to its growth and development.

With a vision set on the future and a spirit fueled by innovation, Melyssa is ready to leave her mark on the world of technology, leadership, and innovation management.
