Meet 30 game-changing Taco Bell team members, restaurant general managers (RGM) and above restaurant leaders (ARLs), from across the system all under the age of 30! These young leaders have been recognized by their organizations and peers for going above and beyond while inspiring their teams to lead with our Brand Values and bring the best Taco Bell experience to all our fans – each and every day. Most of them have attended leadership programs, and when they’re not in the restaurant, they find ways to take their passion and leadership to a new level in their communities. In the 10 years that Sierra has been part of the Lucwork Franchise, she’s taken Round Up numbers and speed within the organization to new heights. From General Manager to Area Coach, Sierra continues to drive consistency across the multiples stores she leads with a passion for people growth and development.??

Caitlyn N. – Area Coach, Franchise Org. BDE Florida??

Caitlyn has been through every step of the Taco Bell growth ladder, positively impacting customers since she was a Taco Bell Team Member. Now, as an Area Coach, Caitlyn leads six restaurant teams with a focus on great food and service! Outside of work, she partners up with local high schools that her restaurant teams attend, helping within their sports and agriculture departments.??

Brooklyne Warner. - Restaurant General Manager, Franchise Org. Team Lyders - A Franchise of Taco Bell

Brooklyne has built relationships in the community which have positively impacted the restaurant she works at. From having regulars that drop by just to greet her, to delivery drivers sharing their appreciation for the team with little surprise and delights, Brooklyne has created an atmosphere of kindness and trust. Outside of work, she participates in community events, fundraisers and summer reading events for schools.??

Mary (Elliot) -? Shift Lead, Franchise Org. Charter Foods

Elliot has played a crucial role in shaping the restaurant’s customer experience and perception. Since joining, they have enhanced team morale and created a more productive work environment with their positivity, motivation, and encouragement. Elliot donates to community programs, supports multiple local fundraisers, and provides the local homeless community food and water.??

Austin G. -? Market Lead, Franchise Org. Tacala, LLC

From?Taco Bell Team Member?to Shift Lead to his current position as Market Lead, Austin overlooks 48 restaurants in the Byrd Market East Region. Aside from training his peers to give exceptional service, Austin takes the lead on helping his peers apply for Tacala and Taco Bell Corp. education programs, and regularly volunteers for the Boys and Girls club.??

Auston B. – Market Coach, Franchise Org. Ampler Group

Auston joined Ampler Group 13 years ago with a drive to change the restaurant culture and efficiency around him. Now, as one of our top performers, Auston goes above and beyond to grow his peers. Outside of work, Auston takes every opportunity to give back to underprivileged children, embodying a People-First mindset.??

Area Coach Josh successfully carries out business operations, ensuring quality service and speed. During his time, Josh has developed many restaurant managers, assistant managers, and shift managers. In his free time, Josh supports local businesses and churches by providing them with food and recognition.??

Will Z. – Team Member, Franchise Org. Team Lyders - A Franchise of Taco Bell?

Will is a 2023 $25,000 Live Más Scholarship recipient and Taco Bell Team Member pursuing Dentistry. He exemplifies our Fan-Led and Fearless Brand Values by assisting his peers around the clock. For the community, Will plays a key role in getting donations from local dentists for the elderly in nursing homes. He hopes to carry out his ambition accelerator idea of helping all nursing homes in the county by enlisting students in current healthcare programs to further the cause.??

James C. – Shift Leader, Franchise Org. Tacala, LLC

RGM James’ platform at Taco Bell revolves around helping his team accomplish their endeavors and guiding them in and out of the restaurant. He’s also a proud Round Up leader in his area.??

Darius – Team Member, Franchise Org. Summerwood Corp.

Daruis is an encouraging and motivating Team Member who supports his peers’ goals and aspirations. His nature to show respect and kindness to all leaves the people around him in good spirits. Darius supports the local community by offering donations and company for underprivileged individuals.??

Mariana L. – Restaurant General Manager, Franchise Org. Arthur Taco Bell Franchise Organization?

Mariana's Fan-Led approach, unwavering dedication to exceptional service and innate ability to forge meaningful connections with customers has left a longlasting impression on her team and consumers. Her extensive product knowledge allows her to guide consumers through their purchasing journey with confidence, but also fosters brand loyalty and advocacy. Mariana donates her personal time to the YMCA and carries out an annual Toys for Tots fundraiser.?

Aaron T.- Shift Leader, Franchise Org. Tacala, LLC

Aaron is an exemplary leader who’s always pushing his team to raise the bar. Aaron’s hospitality inspires his customers and team to continue taking on a People-First mindset. Outside of work, Aaron volunteers at the local boys and girls club and hosts a trick or treat for community youth at the restaurant.?

Hailey and her team have raised thousands of dollars for the Taco Bell Foundation in just a few years. She’s developed a diverse team of individuals that continue to strive for excellence with a Fearless approach. Cristan started off with Taco Bell as a 16-year-old team member. Now, at 21, he is an RGM at a high volume sales restaurant! His positive restaurant culture creates a great place to work, and an even better place to be a consumer.??

Rinyiah is a Shift Lead who is always getting praised for her excellent work by customers. She truly lives the Taco Bell culture with her Fan-Led approach of conducting product reviews on her YouTube channel to bring in more customers.??

Dalton started with Taco Bell at 16. Over the years, he has improved his team’s knowledge product builds and portioning by furthering the trainings. He works hard but most importantly, loves to have a great time!?

Throughout his tenure with Taco Bell, Andrew has consistently demonstrated and reinforced the business around being community-based and consumer-focused. Outside of work, he provides free lunches to community organizations and volunteers for the Boys and Girls Club. In his eyes, and in his own words, Taco Bell is a place to learn... it’s more than just how to wrap a burrito. Jamal goes above and beyond to run his restaurant and make sure his team and consumers are content. Outside of work, Jamal volunteers to help with events and happenings for the Kingswood home for children.??

Nathan’s can-do attitude has allowed him to further develop operations for his restaurant. One of his most notable gestures was keeping the restaurant open for 24 hours to accommodate the local semi-truck drivers who are unable to go into the drive-thru.???
