A Confused Customer Never Buys

Here is a case study of a campaign in the Health Niche,

Recently, I worked on a project with a client in the health niche.

Here are my discoveries:

Business owners please do these and watch your sales grow

·??????Don’t give out incomplete details in your campaigns

be specific in your offer details don’t be assuming that your customer will know?

Example: If your offer duration is 64 days excluding somedays in a week, tell them the actual number of days and don’t sum it up to 3months or this might confuse your customers.

It makes the number of days look too long and makes the product look tedious, remember humans love the ease

·??????Give your products simple names for an easy sell. The naming of a product goes a long way to determine if that product will sell or not

Example: If your product helps your customers to lose weight, using words like 120days weight loss program looks tedious and too long a time to lose weight.

Before your prospecting customers buy, they are already having objections like, this will be too hard for me

But if you use words like 4months companionship and accountability weight loss program

You are telling your prospect; we will be doing the work with you but we will hold you accountable to ensure you achieve your health goal, this will make them overlook the hard part

?

·??????Don’t use big grammar or words because you will confuse your customers and once your customer is confused, she will NEVER buy.

David Ogilvy, Godfather of Copywriting once said this:

“I once used the word OBSOLETE in a headline, only to discover that 43 percent of housewives had?no?idea what it meant"

That's how he lost 43% of his target audience (housewives) because of?one?'big word'.

Simplicity sells in marketing and you need to understand this

Your message can make or mar your campaign, a simple message and clearly defined offer will sell any time anywhere.?
